Kim Kirby

Inside Sales Coordinator

Kim works in the Northern California office of Continental Marketing.  As an inside sales coordinator, her duties include order processing and expediting, sales presentations, product placement, promotional planning, product development, item setups, RMA's and all other daily tasks that support the client, the account and the sales team in Northern CA. 

Her background in retail, starting out as a department manager for Home Express, then as an assistant buyer before joining the manufacturing representative side of the business in 1998 gives her a well-rounded approach to the dynamics of her responsibilities.

Over the years Kim has nurtured many long term relationships with her clients as well as her key accounts, including Williams-Sonoma, Cost Plus World Market, Peet’s Coffee, Fry’s Electronics, Pottery Barn, PriceSmart & Ingram Micro/DBL.  She also manages the specialized needs of several Flash Website accounts such as One King’s Lane, Hautelook & Mertado.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kim enjoys being outdoors and exploring all that California has to offer with friends, family and her dogs Gus & Sadie while always making sure to have a camera ready to capture a special moment.  Her next project is to restore her 1966 Mustang.
